One of the positive sides of being so ill, is that I have a wealth of lived experience. I have looked into holistic wellness like my life depended on it. So, I can offer a unique perspective and valuable insight into what works and why. I like a scientist to explain things. I like to know why something works and then I like to test it. I can offer advice about digestion, immune function, chronic fatigue, Lyme, Fibromyalgia, pain, insomnia, anxiety and stress as well as movement and injury.

  • I offer private movement and wellness consultations. People sometimes opt for these because they have an injury or specific issue they would like to work on. It is a great opportunity to ask questions and get a better insight into what is going on for you.
  • I can develop short sequences of postures to support you in your movement practice.
  • I can support and guide you to develop healthy behaviour patterns.
  • People come to me with a wide range of issues. Normally, we take a few sessions to identify and then address what is going on.
  • Your 1-2-1 guided wellness session is completely confidential. Trust and honest communication are at the heart of guided wellness at wildyogis.
  • The initial consultation is about identifying key areas that you would like to improve. These might be around movement, pain and discomfort, relaxation and rest, nutrition and gut health, chronic illness, sleep, mental health issues, hormones, detoxification etc.
  • I will help you unpick what is going on, so that you can make changes to improve your health and well-being.
  • This is about moving forward at a pace that works for you; in a way that works for you. I can offer support and guidance but ultimately this is your journey and change has to come from you.
  • If I can not meet your needs, I will guide you to someone who can.
  • Appointments take place at my home studio in Jevington.
  • I will send you a summary of the session and suggested protocols via email as soon as possible after the session.
  • You may also like to take notes, pictures or videos. This can be extremely useful when exploring movement.
  • Cost - £65 per hour
