Wildyogis Jo Stephens wellness consultation

Support with a variety of conditions including: Chronic Fatigue, Lyme and Fibromyalgia as well as injury rehabilitation and guided movement.

I had been a yoga teacher for five years when I contracted Lyme Disease, which started my journey into the science behind holistic wellness. Exasperated by conflicting advice online and lacking support from traditional health services; I turned to scientific papers surrounding holistic practices for health and well-being. Since then, I have worked with a number of people suffering from all sorts of health issues and my scientific knowledge, application and results have grown.

Physical Balance & Stability

Our ability to balance relates to our longevity, so ensuring we are confident in our balance is crucial as we age. This workshop will explore the anatomy of balance working from the feet up the legs, into the glutes, pelvis and our core stabilisation muscles, to ensure you feel confident and stable as you navigate your day to day life.

Wildyogis Jo Stephens Somatic Sequences

Somatic Sequences

Soma means “living body” in Greek, and that’s what this workshop is all about. Learning how your mind-body connection works in real time and how to use this knowledge to soothe yourself. We’ll perform repetitive movements that encourage your para-sympathetic nervous system and learn to observe what’s going on in our bodies without judgment.
