The treatment takes place on a futon on the floor.

The client is fully dressed in comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and ensures warmth.

Treatments can last between an hour and an hour and a half.

The massage is a combination of yoga style stretches and acupressure techniques. The energy lines in the body are stimulated in order to free blockages and restore the body to balance.
