Yoga Classes

A Tricky old Time….

Covid 19 has had a significant impact on us all… My business is wellbeing. My priority to keep people safe. It is very important to me that people feel safe as we start to return to in person classes. With that in mind, everyone attending my in person classes will be required to fill out a Covid questionnaire and read and sign the relevant hall guidelines. I also have a limit of 6 people per class.

Private zoom and in person classes also available.

  • Monday 6.30 -7.45pm – intermediate @ Jevington Village Hall
  • Tuesday 9.30-10.30am – beginner’s/gentle @ zoom
  • Tuesday 6-7pm – mixed ability @ Jevington Village Hall
  • Tuesday 8-9pm – instruction and relaxation @ zoom
  • Wednesday am & pm – private classes/thai yoga massage
  • Wednesday 6,30-8.30pm – mixed ability @ Pulborough Village Hall.
  • Thursday 7-8.15pm – intermediate @ zoom 
  • Friday am & pm – private yoga classes/thai yoga massage

 

ZOOM CLASS SCHEDULE

Tuesday

9.30am-10.30am – Mindful movement – This is a class for people who are interested in how the body works and the way it is connected. It is accessible & insightful for all. If you haven’t moved much in a while, this will be a great place to start. If you are already active, it will help you to really connect with your body, understand it and enhance your performance.
With gentle rhythmic movements in time with the breath, this class eases you into your day with kindness. It encourages an awareness of the body. so we develop healthy breathing and movement practices. There is a 10 min relaxation to finish.

8pm-9pm – Instruction and Relaxation – Each session is designed to inspire interest and awareness of specific parts of our bodies with techniques that can be quickly learnt and easily applied. Tools that you can take away with you to enhance your well-being. Maybe a foot or head massage, face yoga and movements, breathing techniques, lymphatic drainage. Followed by a lovely long relaxation. With some gentle relaxation waffle….

Thursday

7pm-8.15pm – Intermediate – Join us for an intermediate evening yoga session. A journey through dynamic flowing postures to calm gentle rhythmic movements that soothe & relax. This class is for intermediates. Although, postures will be progressive so you can do as much or as little as you like… If you want a faster paced class with some more challenging poses but want to move in a kind & helpful way, then this is for you. The aim; to develop healthy breathing and movement practices. To explore, enquire and have fun. There is a 10 min relaxation to finish.
